  • At the appropriate time fill the 1st and 2nd passage American oak barrels.
  • Yeast processing is carried out for some time to improve the roundness and complexity of the wine.
  • Malolactic fermentation is also completed during this period.
  • After racking, the wine still remains in the barrels for 6 months.
