DESCRIPTION
Massing of grapes in boxes for about 20 days.Destemming without crushing.Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, maceration after fermentation for about a month.Malolactic fermentation carried out directly in barriques,aging for a minimum of 24 months.Further aging in bottles for about 12 months.
